I’ve been teaching English as a Second Language for almost 10 YEARS, helping a wide variety of learners from all over the world: young and old, beginning and advanced, online and in-person. I have a Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and a Bachelor’s in Spanish Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition.
Not only am I a highly-trained and experienced educator and linguist, but I am a language learner, too, just like you! I have studied 7 languages (Spanish, Latin, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, French, and Italian) and traveled throughout 5 continents. In fact, I’m traveling the world right now with my family! I know first-hand how heart-wrenchingly frustrating it is to try learning a new language, failing again and again and again. I also know what it takes to be successful. That’s the value of a teacher with experience!

There are many tutoring services out there, but most offer cheap prices by hiring recent college grads who think they know how to teach English just because they can speak the language. Very few offer my dynamic combination of experience (especially working with adults), high level of training, linguistic expertise, and multi-cultural awareness!
